You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

DAMAGED / FAULTY MERCHANDISE

 

AMAG checks the quality of every merchandise item prior to every delivery; another great reason to support small business! If you feel that anything you purchased is faulty/damaged on arrival, please email us at amag.assist@hotmail.com with your contact details and the issue you are experiencing. We are happy to work with you on replacing any faulty/damaged items. In the event we issue a refund, it will be back onto the purchasing credit card via Paypal.
