AMAG checks the quality of every merchandise item prior to every delivery; another great reason to support small business! If you feel that anything you purchased is faulty/damaged on arrival, please email us at email@example.com with your contact details and the issue you are experiencing. We are happy to work with you on replacing any faulty/damaged items. In the event we issue a refund, it will be back onto the purchasing credit card via Paypal.
We are a small business and do not have the ability to refund/exchange items due to change of mind.
